Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our wholesale support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the LED fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the return label to the exterior of the box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for transit to our central distribution hub.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned lights, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
